Definitions

  • “Goods” refers to phone tempered glass, blue ray glass, phone cases, car-phone chargers, speakers, microphones, electronic accessories, and related products offered for sale on the Service.
  • “Orders” means a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
  • “Service” refers to the website and online services operated by SYAVERDE SDN BHD.
  • “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Products purchased for an incorrect device model, connector, size, specification, or intended use may be subject to our applicable Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.

Phone Tempered Glass and Blue Ray Glass

Phone tempered glass and blue ray glass products must be installed carefully and according to any instructions provided.

Installation results may vary depending on:

  • Screen condition
  • Existing scratches or damage
  • Dust or debris
  • Installation technique
  • Device design
  • Phone cases or accessories used together with the glass
  • Previous screen repairs or replacements

The Company does not guarantee that tempered glass or screen protection products will prevent all scratches, cracks, impact damage, or damage to the underlying device.

Customers should ensure that the correct screen protector has been selected for their specific phone model before installation.

Electronic Product Use and Safety

Electronic Goods, including car-phone chargers, speakers, microphones, cables, charging accessories, and related products, must be used according to their intended purpose and any instructions or safety information supplied with the product.

You are responsible for ensuring that compatible devices, connectors, voltages, power supplies, and charging requirements are used.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation or connection
  • Use with incompatible devices
  • Incorrect voltage or power supply
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Exposure to excessive heat
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Fire or external electrical damage
  • Dropping, crushing, bending, or excessive force
  • Accidents or external impact
  • Failure to follow safety or usage instructions
  • Normal wear and tear

Stop using an electronic product immediately if it shows signs of overheating, unusual smell, swelling, smoke, exposed wiring, physical damage, or other abnormal behaviour.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of Goods and following any product instructions supplied.

Depending on the product, appropriate care may include:

  • Keeping electronic products away from excessive moisture and heat
  • Avoiding unnecessary impact or pressure
  • Keeping charging ports and connectors clean
  • Using compatible chargers and power sources
  • Avoiding unauthorised disassembly or modification
  • Storing products appropriately when not in use
  • Cleaning tempered glass and phone cases using suitable materials
  • Following manufacturer instructions where provided

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper storage, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear may not qualify as a product defect.

Delivery

Delivery dates and timeframes provided by the Company or courier partners are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances including:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High-volume sales periods
  • Supply chain interruptions
